Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
Greenlane Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on June 4, 2020 (the “Annual Meeting”), at which the stockholders of the Company approved all of the proposals presented, which are described in detail in the Company’s Definitive Proxy Statement on Schedule 14A that was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 24, 2020 (the “Proxy Statement”). Holders of 86,097,949 shares of the Company’s common stock were present virtually or represented by proxy at the Annual Meeting.
The following are the voting results of the proposals submitted to the Company’s stockholders at the Annual Meeting:
Proposal 1: To elect the five director nominees named in the Proxy Statement.
