Nick Kovacevich

Chief Executive Officer

In his role as CEO, Nick is responsible for ensuring the company executes on its mission of elevating all elements of the consumption experience. He oversees the organization’s senior management team and is integral in making critical strategic, operational, and financial decisions. Nick regularly meets with key stakeholders including customers, vendors, shareholders, analysts, investors, and media outlets.

Prior to Greenlane, Nick was the co-founder, CEO and Chairman of publicly traded KushCo Holdings, another industry pioneer, which merged with Greenlane in September 2021. Under Nick’s leadership, KushCo grew from under $2 million in annual revenue to achieving nearly $115 million in fiscal 2020, with operations in multiple states and countries, and employing over 100 team members.

Nick graduated summa cum laude from Southwest Baptist University, where he was also the captain of the men’s NCAA II basketball team. After college, Nick became an entrepreneur, starting and building several successful businesses including BigRentz, a leading online equipment rental company, and Alpha West, a diversified holding company whose portfolio businesses’ generate a combined $100+ million in annual revenue. Nick was appointed to the Board of Directors for Unrivaled Brands (OTCQX:UNRV) in December 2020. In April 2020, he was appointed to California’s 32nd DAA Orange County Fair Board by Governor Newsom.

Nick lives in Newport Beach, California with his wife and son. His hobbies include surfing, traveling, and juggling.

Adam Schoenfeld

Chief Strategy Officer

Adam is Co-Founder and has served as Chief Strategy Officer of Greenlane since May 2018. He is an early adopter and pioneer of vaporization, and he has worked diligently to develop extensive personal contacts within the cannabis industry. Adam played an integral role in the adoption and success of numerous successful brands in the vaporization space that have become household names. He has a keen understanding of the diffusion of innovation and a mastery of the web marketing, advertising, and search engine optimization techniques to accelerate that diffusion. Adam studied International Business and earned his bachelor’s degree at Evergreen State College in 2006.

Chief Financial Officer

William (Bill) Mote joins Greenlane Holdings as Chief Financial Officer responsible for overseeing the accounting, business support, financial planning and analysis, treasury, and tax functions. Bill has over 25 years of experience building and leading finance teams in global corporations with significant operating scale and complexity. Prior to joining Greenlane, Bill was CFO at Basic Fun and previously at Summer Infant (NASDAQ:SUMR) and the Poarch Band of Creek Indians. Earlier in his career Bill held senior level finance roles at Jakks Pacific, Easton Bell Sports and Hewlett-Packard. Bill graduated from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a master’s degree in Business Administration.

Rhiana Barr

Chief People Officer

Rhiana Barr is the Chief People Officer at Greenlane, and was previously the Chief People Officer at KushCo Holdings prior to its merger with the Company in September 2021. In her role as CPO, Rhiana leads the Company’s human resources (HR) team and manages all aspects of HR.

Rhiana brings nearly two decades of HR experience to Greenlane, having worked in a variety of roles across a diverse set of leading, global organizations, where she led and implemented HR and organizational effectiveness strategies to drive business results. Her expertise encompasses organizational transformation, extensive M&A, full scale talent acquisition, talent development, and people operations experience. She is passionate about helping people realize their full potential while driving cultural transformation and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the organization.

Rhiana received her Bachelor of Science degree in business administration at DeVry University and received her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at The University of Phoenix. She also holds a number of professional certifications.

Out of the office, you will find Rhiana chasing three fun, active and curious little people; coaching youth sports; training for an athletic outdoor event; giving back in the community, or recharging on the water.

Rodrigo De Oliveira

Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Rodrigo is responsible for all of the company’s worldwide operations, overseeing IT, supply chain, logistics and facilities. He has over 20 years of experience in global supply chain and operations, with expertise in steering businesses to increase profitability, efficiency, quality, and support long-term visions.

Prior to joining Greenlane, Rodrigo was Sr. Director of Supply Chain Processes and Custom Development for Nike Accessories and was responsible for leading efforts to deliver transformational change across the supply chain. Previous to his work at Nike Accessories, Rodrigo was the Global Supply Chain Business Lead at Brightstar, a subsidiary of SoftBank Group Corp, where he was responsible for aligning corporate policies with supply chain best practices and driving IT initiatives that altogether would enhance productivity and deliver cost reductions across the organization. Prior to Nike, Rodrigo also served at General Electric, where he led the entire supply chain of the business unit, and spent over seven years with Oakley and EssilorLuxottica.

Rodrigo loves snowboarding, rowing, and barbequing for friends during his time off. He lives in California with his wife and two kids.

Douglas Fischer

General Counsel

Douglas Fischer has served as the General Counsel of Greenlane since October 2018. As General Counsel, he is responsible for leading all of Greenlane’s legal matters, including transactions, compliance, corporate governance, litigation, and government affairs.

Doug has deep experience inside and outside the cannabis industry navigating novel regulatory matters, leading complex corporate transactions, designing and implementing compliance programs, and resolving high-stakes disputes. Prior to joining Greenlane, Doug practiced at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, where he represented clients in an array of settings spanning white collar criminal, regulatory, and complex commercial matters. He has also served as the Chief Legal Officer of the National Association of Cannabis Businesses, where he worked with leading cannabis businesses to establish national compliance standards. Doug has written and spoken extensively concerning cannabis laws, including appearing in the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Cheddar, and The Daily Beast.

Doug received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from The George Washington University and a Juris Doctor degree from American University Washington College of Law. Outside of work, you can find Doug on outdoor adventures with his two sons and wife, cooking hibachi in the kitchen, or lifting weights in the garage.

Aaron LoCascio

President

Aaron is the Co-Founder and President of Greenlane. As President, his role is to advocate cross functional alignment and collaboration within Executive leadership, sharing his deep institutional knowledge and understanding of consumer goods with the team. 

Prior to Greenlane’s merger with KushCo Holdings in September 2021, Aaron was the acting CEO for 16 years, managing day-to-day operations, as Greenlane flourished into an industry leader. In April 2019, he led Greenlane through an IPO on NASDAQ. 

Aaron holds a degree in Accounting from Valencia College. 

When not in the office, you may find Aaron fishing the deep waters of the Atlantic, working on his fitness, or spending time with his wife and three beautiful, active children.
