Mr. Hitchcock is a technology executive with over 15 years of experience building and scaling revenue engines across SaaS, blockchain infrastructure, and decentralized finance. Mr. Hitchcock most recently served as Head of Business Development at thirdweb, a leading open-source Web3 developer tools and infrastructure platform. In that role, he built and led the company's enterprise go-to-market strategy, scaling a program across more than 150 blockchain networks and structuring channel partnerships to drive developer tool adoption among startups building in web3. Earlier in his career, Mr. Hitchcock held senior business development and partnership leadership roles at Twitch and Bebo, contributing to platform growth in high-scale digital environments.

Mr. Hitchcock has been an active participant in decentralized finance since 2020, with hands-on experience deploying capital across decentralized finance protocols for yield generation, liquidity provisioning, and token management. He co-founded Four Moons, a decentralized finance advisory and liquid token investment firm, where he raised two private funds and managed digital asset strategies focused on yield generation through decentralized finance protocols, delivering strong returns through disciplined portfolio construction and active risk oversight.

Mr. Isenberg currently serves as Founder and Principal of BSQD Corp., a market making and proprietary trading firm specializing in digital assets and cryptocurrencies. In this role, Mr. Isenberg is responsible for the strategic direction and oversight of digital asset trading operations. He has held this position since 2022. Prior to this, Mr. Isenberg served as a Trader at Tradias GmbH, a BAFIN regulated market maker based in Frankfurt, Germany from 2021- 2024. Before entering into the digital asset markets, Mr. Isenberg worked in investment banking at M Partners in Toronto, where he covered digital-assets, technology and mining from 2019-2021.

Vanessa Guzmán-Clark joins Greenlane as Chief Financial Officer with over 20 years of experience leading finance organizations in public and private companies. She most recently served as CFO of Digital Media Solutions, Inc., a publicly traded business with roughly $500 million in annual revenue, where she led M&A, debt restructuring, and guided the company through its delisting. Vanessa began her career with PwC and has since driven transformation and compliance initiatives across multiple industries. She is a CPA under both US GAAP and IFRS, and an active member of the AICPA, FICPA, and Financial Executives International.

Over 25 years of Information Technology experience working with Fortune 100 public companies and other private entities in the automotive, banking, telecommunications, retail and logistics sectors. Background in computer engineering, process development/optimization, and business transformation. Combines deep business knowledge with technology to help transform businesses to realize higher efficiencies and increased shareholder value.

15+ years of experience in Human Resources consistently providing strategic guidance and support, acting as a valued aid to designated client groups and C-Suite Executives during decision making processes. Experience in organizational restructuring, compensation, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and development.
